Do you love running? If so, you’re going to want to continue doing it—and do it well—so that you can get into the running mood for the upcoming half marathon season. A lot of people do it, too.

Preparing your Legs for a Running Marathon

Runners are in high demand and there are a lot of people with different running goals that want to try running for the first time. This is why you might be considering taking the half marathon as your first step towards becoming an avid runner.

You’ll want to make sure you take care of your legs when you train in preparation.

Keep Your Toes Dry

Dry your toes when you run. This can be done by shuffling your toes back and forth, which can help get the water off of them. You don’t want to wear anything between your toes when you run, because this can get between your toes, which can cause blisters or toenail fungus.
